International Photography Awards Announces winners of the 2008 Competition.
Lillian Elaine Wilson of United States was awarded Honorable mention in the
2008 International Photography Awards Competition.
Los Angeles, California., 9/6/2008 --- International Photography Awards (IPA)
announced the winners of this year's IPA Photographer of the Year awards.
Lillian Elaine Wilson of United States was Awarded: Honorable mention in People
in Professional category for her entry, "The Kiss," and "California
Dreaming".
(Wilson also won IPA honorable mentions in 2004 for "Bubble Passage," and in 2005 for "Wall of Blame").
